Is Mindfulness for Me?

We have way too many things on our plates already! Committing to ONE MORE THING may sound more like a threat than a treat!

But what if Mindfulness could make life easier, LESS complicated? What if we could intentionally train to see progressively more clearly, become more efficient, and, at the same time, progressively feel more at home in our own skin & in the world?

An 8-week MBSR course - if we're ready for it - is a valuable investment in improving our quality of life. Some take it sequentially multiple times, because, as a result, they experience profound benefits.
