Essence of Practice

Zen stories always intrigued me - I started reading them when I was 18. Thirty years later, I finally started to practice meditation - slow uptake? Even for those who practice mindfulness to reduce stress, simply to live a more comfortable life, much can be learned from Zen. An example:
